Spicy and savoury aromas of the herb bed - thyme, sage, grass clippings and hazelnut, classic Silvaner scents. On the palate there's a fine, well-judged acidity with a gripping, mineral core and chalky texture. A great savouriness, good structure and length on show - a lot of wine for the money!
