The aroma captivates with grassy notes, cassis and Keuper herbs. Delicately savoury on the palate with a lively acidity. Extractively sweet with lots of kiwi, gooseberry, cassis and raspberry. Impressively mineral, it tightens the high alcohol content. Tasty Sauvignon Blanc.
