The red wine »Vogelweide«, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Baumann has been rated in 2026 by Ulrich Sautter with 93+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir
Garnet red with violet reflections in the glass. Opulent on the nose. Preserved wild berries, pine needles, forest floor and balsamic cherries. Very complex and accessible. Powerful on the palate with pressure and plenty of substance. Ripe but pithy tannins. Penetrating aromas of Amarena cherry, chokeberry, salmiak and dried plums. Finely infiltrated with minerals and invigorating acidity. Alcohol pleasantly integrated.
