Ethereal and yeasty aroma, apple peel, chamomile blossom, yellow peach, yellow grapefruit, salty and herbal hints, Earl Grey tea. Lean and fresh on the palate with good extract, supple flow with well-integrated acidity and plenty of flavour to the fruit, fine yet grippy phenolics, mineral and with tension without being overpowering.
