The white wine »der Wiltinger«, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Cantzheim has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Caramelised, slightly botrytised aromas are a sign of initial bottle age. In the mouth, the wine is pithy and crisp, has a taut, piquant acidity, good substance and a good length finish. A good accompaniment to food, pâtés and terrines based on fish or shellfish.
