The white wine Graach Riesling, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Dr. Loosen has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
The wine has a pronounced mineral savoury nose, slate and floral notes are combined with some yeast. On the palate the wine is dense and light at the same time in a strange way. It has distinctive acidity, but also texture, full body, but also an ethereal and light-footed, at the same time quite long finish. Stylish.
