Tasting Notes
A beer felt dangling around the neck of the bottle instead of a label - the Eschers have come up with something. On the nose, the "stylistic break" from the concrete egg is slightly white-blooded, a little earthy, very refined. This elegance remains on the palate with refreshing acidity and an aroma more reminiscent of Pinot Blanc. This is straightforward, finely crafted, slightly phenolics - excellently done!
