The white wine »Réserve« Grauburgunder trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Forster has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauburgunder from the region Nahe in Germany.
Smoke and wood savouriness on the nose with nutty aromas, quince, grilled chestnuts and pear with a pinch of allspice. The palate is still characterised by the oak maturation, some green walnut with sweetish extract and also some sweetness. Still needs time to come together perfectly.
