Tasting Notes
Medium carmine garnet, ochre reflections, watery rim. Delicate herbal spice, a hint of strawberry confit, fine tobacco nuances, underlaid with ripe plums. Juicy, fine red berry fruit, fresh structure, well-integrated acidity, fine chocolate touch, floral touch on the finish. Still in very good condition. (63 % BF, 10 % SL, 12 % PN, 15 % CS; 40 % new wood, 40 % one-year-old wood, 20 % two-year-old wood, 12 months in wood).
