Dark ruby in colour with purple reflections, and subtle brightening on the rim. On the nose, aromas of fine tobacco spice, hints of vanilla, candied violet, and fruit of the forest confit. The juicy palate has medium complexity, with well-integrated, velvety tannins, delicately spicy, with subtle hints of plum, and wood spice on the finish.
