Tasting Notes
Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate ochre reflections, subtle watery rim. Delicate tar touch, ripe plum confit, a hint of orange zest, fresh cherries. Juicy, round and elegant, much fresher on the palate than on the nose, good complexity and sweet, shows good length and vitality. (55 % BF, 15 % SL, 18 % PN, 12 % CS; 40 % new wood, 40 % one-year-old wood, 20 % two-year-old wood, 14 months in wood).
