Tasting Notes
Strong ruby garnet, good core of color, subtle watery rim. Delicately spicy bouquet, a hint of dried fruit, dark berry confit, some chocolate. Juicy, pleasant red berry fruit, fresh acidity, good minerality, lingers well, lively and very appealing, good length, appears very youthful. (60 % BF, 12 % SL, 12 % PN, 16 % CS; 33 % new wood, 33 % one-year-old wood, 34 % two-year-old wood, 14 months in wood).
