Deep yellow gold colour, green reflections. Very typical bouquet on the nose, delicate notes of lychee, quince jelly, honey, orange zest, smoky mineral undertones. Very racy on the palate, the enormous acidity ideally buffers the fruit sweetness, nuances of chocolate, oranges, kumquats fill the mouth, fine honey on the finish. It finishes very long, is already perfectly ready to drink, and can replace any dessert.
