Pale greenish yellow. Still delicately smoky and reductive on the nose, nuances of beeswax, green apple, delicate hints of dried herbs. Fresh and crisp on the palate, again some Granny Smith apple, citrus zest, racy and animating to drink, delicate fruit sweetness that is perfectly buffered by the acid structure, very appetizing overall impression.
