Light green yellow in colour. Fine savouriness from the slate soil on the nose, delicate herbal savouriness, blossom honey, some gooseberry. Juicy texture on the palate, good complexity, mineral body, fine acidity, already harmonious, a powerful, long-lasting style, always a little more opulent than the two sundials, already quite seductive in its youth, but patience is recommended.
