The white wine Riesling Kabinett feinherb, vintage 2007 from the winery Weingut Joh. Jos. Prüm has been rated in 2014 with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Very bright, clear greenish yellow. Fresh fruit on the nose, delicate notes of white peach flesh, delicate herbal spice, citrus zest. Crisp on the palate, fine vegetal notes, green apple, lean and racy, delicately leafy finish. This was the first time that J.J. Prüm had tried this almost dry style.
