Tasting Notes
Raisin, candied blood orange, slate and rock dust. On the palate the wine has a supple, sustained attack, a fine breadth that can wrap itself around fine dishes like a picture frame, fruit and acidity in fine interplay, the extract is just beginning to texture, the minerality carries unobtrusively in the background.
More about the tastingStrongly sulphured, buttery on the palate, rather light-bodied in the extract, mild acidity, very delicate and almost fragile in appearance, with a little less length and depth than one would wish for.
