Smoke and slate spice in the first aroma, ripe lemons, crisp apricots, tarragon, sage, nettle, lemon balm, incense, flint. Delicate on the palate with typical Saar acidity to the yellow fruit and sweetness, salty mineral spice, elegant with a juicy drinking flow.
