Tasting Notes
Could be mistaken for a Silvaner from Triassic limestone on the nose thanks to a bacony terroir note and floral spice that shouts of spring meadow. Wide and softly textured on the palate but with ripe acidity providing the drive. Juicy and wiry, but also with some volume and flanked by a subtle sweetness - a great balance on offer. The finish has plenty left to show.
