Tasting Notes
Freshly grated apple, smoky shell limestone notes in the background. On the palate a short softness, then fresh and finely nerved, still a hint of fermentation carbon dioxide, then increasingly full-bodied with increasing length, finally fading away salty. The whole is lean in alcohol, but with the intensity and length of a full-bodied wine.
