Hay, kumquat, quince relish, green bell pepper and a hint of white pepper on the nose. The mouthfeel offers restrained acidity, subtle vanilla and yellow pear. Young and pleasing, it rolls over the tongue without imposing itself. Fine smokiness on the finish. Goes well with fresh sheep's or goat's cheese.
