Tasting Notes
It was disgorged in April 2017, and has a dark cream colour with reddish gold reflections. There are aromas of bready yeast, and some oak, quince, and strawberry. It has a ripe texture on the palate, with a fine near-silky mousse. It is fine-nerved, with some minerality, and a delicate sweetness underpins the fruit. It has a harmonious and powerful style.
