A delicate, tertiary flavour, bready notes, yeast extract. On the palate, the wine flows like velvet and silk, the mousse is creamy (but fresh), the acidity is buffered by suppleness, but leaves the wine fresh and full-bodied-pointed at the end. Superb style.
