The red wine Bissersheim Geisberg Pinot Noir trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Wageck Pfaffmann has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
The aroma is complex: mint, tree resin, red currant, dark berries, floral and savoury notes. The palate reveals a very relaxed, dense but also mellow tannin core, ripe acidity and a layer of suppleness, clearly chalky and mineral.
