Initially, the wine is reductive in aroma, with a delicate buttery note and slightly toasty oak. On contact with the air, a restrained varietal spiciness opens up. On the palate, the wine is very energetic, with acidity and phenolics creating a peak of concentration of great intensity, while the wine remains chiseled and highly sophisticated. With excellent length, there is already a hint of the savouriness that will develop as the wine matures in the bottle.
