It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Delicate tertiary flavours with bready notes and yeast extract. In the mouth, the wine flows like velvet and silk, the mousse is creamy (but fresh), the acidity is buffered by suppleness, but leaves the wine fresh and full-bodied. Superb style.
