The red wine Geisberg Pinot Noir, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Wageck Pfaffmann has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 95 Falstaff points.
In the multilayered bouquet there is underbrush, wet leaves, cherry pit, dark cherry, pomegranate, smoke and also ethereal hints. The vivid and fine vein of acidity takes you through the deep, compact structure with its finely meshed tannins. Great chalky mineral tension.
