Tasting Notes
Ripe fruit and savouriness on the nose, plums, juniper, figs, forest leaves, tobacco, bay leaf, cloves and dark chocolate. Dense on the palate with a balance between fresh acidity and ripe fruit, fine-grained, ripe tannins and fine mineral savouriness. Well matured, but still has ageing potential.
