The aroma shows some wood, a little yeast and pronounced apple notes. Coconut. The palate starts soft and mild, almost oily, then shows a dense, lime-mineral coupled extract, chalky phenolics, the ripe acidity gives sufficient support, as the body is well controlled and the alcohol is integrated.
