The red wine NV »20.000 BC« Bischoffingen Cuvée from the winery Bischoffinger Winzer has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 89+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Spätburgunder, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot from the region Baden in Germany.
Balsamic-herbal aroma, cherry, raisin tones, rich bouquet. In the mouth, the wine has medium density, the tannins are ripe and sandy, the well-integrated acidity gives the juicy structure freshness, the wine lingers with fine fruit and good to very good length.
