The red wine NV »20.000 BC« Cuvée trocken from the winery Bischoffinger Winzer has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 88 - 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Spätburgunder, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Cubin from the region Baden in Germany.
Tasting Notes
There are initially rather dark fruit aromas, with blue plum, black cherry, blackcurrant, as well as some cedar. On the palate there are exciting flavours of kitchen spices, along with still young tannins, good acidity, and an almost dry finish.
