The red wine Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC, vintage 2017 from the winery Zýmē has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone Veronese, Rondinella , Oseleta from the region Veneto in Italy.
Dark, shining ruby. Fine wood use on the nose, noble savouriness, rich cherry fruit, a breath of cedar wood. Compact and elegant on the palate, stretches polished over the tongue, with drive, compact, light-footed tannin accompanies the drink, still young, already now drinks very well.
