The acclaimed restaurant once again claimed the region’s highest honor, winning for the third consecutive year at the Skånska Gastronomipriset gala in Malmö.

Vyn has once again been named Skåne’s Restaurant of the Year at the annual Skånska Gastronomipriset, held Saturday evening at Malmö City Hall. The gala brought together the region’s culinary community to celebrate excellence across Skåne’s dining scene.

Skåne is Sweden’s southernmost region, located just across the Øresund strait from Denmark and easily reached via Copenhagen. Known for its fertile farmland, long coastline, and outward-looking food culture, the region has emerged as one of Northern Europe’s most influential gastronomic destinations.
