Tasting from 15.10.2014: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Unconventional aroma of long pepper, lovage and pickled peppers. Tart touch of unripe cherries and crunchy plums. Surprisingly fresh and juicy on the palate. Where the nose seems complicated, the palate is incredibly soothing. Hearty liter wine, slightly chilled with salsiccia and crusty bread!
