Tasting Notes
On the label, a powerful creature called MUTiX, the Bischoffingen mammoth, sets the tone. Choosing an extinct creature as a sign of future orientation is at least an original idea. Spicy nose with herbal notes and a little stone fruit. Very ripe on the palate, extremely smooth texture, viscous, but then a spicy finish at the back. A lot of wine for the money.
