Tasting Notes
Pastel pink. Yeasty, spicy aroma, also red currant, mallow tea, apple jelly. Very precise aromas. Straightforward structure: lively acidity, lean and yet with a hint of tannin, good length, a culinary rosé with authentic freshness without "sweet make-up". Style!
More about the tastingGarnacha, Viura, Tempranillo. Pastel old rose colors. THE classic rosé from Rioja does not disappoint in the new vintage. Rosehip and damp stone. Strong alcohol, defensive in substance and acidity, but overall harmonious and accompanied by ripe fruit, very seriously built, without too much residual sweetness and without superficial estery fruitiness, appetizing food companion. Even mineral.
