Multi-layered nose, intense caramel notes, roasted almond, vanilla, combined with ripe yellow fruit. Delicate, silky mousse, accompanied by fine acidity and delicate ginger spiciness. Creamy on the palate. The finish is expressive in its maturity, long finish, ready to drink. Goes well with strong dishes.
