This has a white gold colour, with silvery reflections. There are aromas of fragrant yellow fruit with a slightly exotic touch of pineapple, some brioche, and hints of vanilla. It has a juicy attack, with a creamy mouthfeel, harmonious acidity, some citrus confit, and fine-meshed bubbles. There is a fresh finish with an appealing length.
