Pale greenish yellow, with silver reflections. On the nose abate fetel pear, kiwi, lime, and hints of lemon thyme. Delicate mousse, straightforward, dry texture with a balanced acidity, and a subtle herbal spiciness on the aftertaste. It has a cool style.
