Die Nompareille ist der Name eines außergewöhnlichen Festes, das im Juni 1241 von König St. Louis in Saumur veranstaltet wurde. Diese Kollektion, die 1998 von Patrice Monmousseau geschaffen wurde, erinnert durch limitierte Mengen und in Eichenfässern gereifte Cuvées an dieses historische Ereignis.

Delicate aromas of ripe quince, almond blossom and vanilla cream, underpinned by nuances of yellow tropical fruit. The palate is characterized by a balanced phenolic wood note and crisp acidity. Finishes with finely tart garrigue herbs and a hint of beeswax with medium length. A versatile food companion.
