The franciacorta Vintage Collection Franciacorta DOCG Dosage Zéro, vintage 2019 from the winery Ca’ del Bosco has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, Pinot Bianco from the region Lombardia in Italy.
Brilliant golden yellow in colour with a fine mousse. On the nose, an inviting bouquet of warm baguette with salty butter, with hints of ripe citrus fruit, a touch of blood orange and flint. The palate is very dry but retains a lovely juiciness, with an elegant mousse, gentle tension and a long and persistent finish.
