Tasting Notes
Sparkling, intense ruby. Intense, multi-layered nose with notes of licorice, dark plums, some blackberry, subtle hints of white pepper. Opens on the palate with lots of full-bodied, dense tannins, builds up in many layers, dark berry fruit, pronounced cedar at the back, quite rough on the finish.
