The red wine Gian Annibale Toscana Rosso IGT, vintage 2019 from the winery Castello del Terriccio has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 98 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright, rich ruby red, with a subtle brightening on the rim. Fantastic and appealing nose, oak, mint, rosemary, then juicy black cherries, forest berries, also raspberry confit, fine spices. Very smooth on the palate, beautifully juicy, tight tannins, enveloping, elegant and full of finesse, with a wonderfully long finish.
