Tasting Notes
Clear, rich ruby-garnet in colour. An intense nose opens with spiced notes of cardamom and dark pepper and some pencil lead, with dark berries and cedar wood in the background. Dense and full-bodied on the palate, there's lots tannic depth which feels firm and gripping but balanced by ripe fruit and fine leather notes on the finish. Absolutely amazing for this vintage, bravo!
