Medium, bright copper. Multi-layered, intense nose of quince confit, wild berries, cassis with a hint of roasted Garrigue herbs. Taut, concentrated on the palate with well-integrated acidity and a phenolic touch. Good length that finishes with a tasty strawberry compote note. Also goes well with strong dishes.
