Tasting Notes
Strong carmine garnet, vital color. Initially delicate animal notes on the nose, some brett, delicate herbal spice, a hint of dark chocolate. Medium texture, firm and tannic, slightly brittle, some caramel, tobacco aftertaste, delicate medicinal touch on the finish. The wine is now airing out, the typical mint and cedar notes come into play, a pleasure.
