Tasting Notes
Medium ruby garnet, orange hue, broad ochre rim. Initially restrained on the nose, delicately tobacco-like, underlaid with fine plum confit, overall rather closed bouquet. On the palate, also somehow foamy, shows a tannic side like many other 89s, nuances of dark chocolate, lacks a little momentum and fruit, medium length, delicate nougat and caramel on the finish, medium length. To be enjoyed with caution +10
