Tasting Notes
Dark ruby garnet, delicate brightening, broad watery rim. Fine red berry nuances on the nose, a hint of cherries, delicate animal notes, multi-faceted bouquet. Crisp on the palate, freshly structured, nuances of heart cherries, appears light-footed, is carried by stable tannins, round and elegant on the finish, overall a somewhat slender but finesse-rich Ducru with good ageing potential, which is already relatively accessible, could prove to be a long-distance runner.
