Tasting Notes
Deep carmine garnet, ruby reflections, quite dark colour. Ripe, dark berry confit on the nose, delicate notes of dried fruit and nougat, a clear, clean nose with fine savoury notes. Full-bodied on the palate, fine ethereal hints, chocolatey notes, fine, powerful tannins, a highly elegant wine full of dark berry confit, finesse-rich acidity, fine roasted flavours in the finish, an absolutely perfect bottle. The other tasters had rarely experienced this wine like this. To be enjoyed with caution +25.
