Tasting Notes
Dark ruby garnet with purple reflections and a hint of brightening at the rim. On the multi-faceted nose, fine heart cherries, a touch of nougat, a pleasant herbal savouriness and a touch of orange zest. The palate is complex and taut, with ripe red berries matched to a finesse-rich structure and supporting tannins that will need a few more years. Has considerable ageing potential.

Aromas characterized by the high Merlot content, multi-faceted, with hints of ripe black cherries, but also dark wild berry confit, delicate roasted aromas, multi-layered, young bouquet. Juicy, elegant and rich on the palate, firm tannins that are well integrated, ripe cherries on the finish, extract-sweet aftertaste.
